• For a two weeks booking, price is reduced by 10% for the second week
• Prices in Euro and valid for 6 persons. (Gîte ‘Le Tournesol’ valid for 4 persons) Extra person : 50 Euro/week.
• The warrantee of 200 euro, which has to be paid by cash on arrival, will be refunded fully, providing no damage or missing items.
• In July and August the cottage is Rental from Saturday to Saturday. Arrival is expected between 4.00 PM and 7.00 PM. If you wish to arrive earlier or later, then please contact us. At the end of your stay you are requested to check out before 10.00 AM.
• Bed sheets as well as towels must be brought from home. There is a possibility to rent : a set of bed sheets for 10 euro/person/week; a set towels (2 washing-gloves, 2 towels and 1 bath towel) at 10 euro/person/week. This must be indicated when making the booking.
  

To reserve one of our Gîtes, an advance deposit of 50% of the total amount of your stay must reach us within eight working days. If we do not receive this deposit we will assume that you are no longer interested in this reservation, and will continue to advertise the gîte to other clients. The balance is due no later then one month before your arrival. The reservation will be final only after receipt of the requested amounts. For each payment you will receive a confirmation by post or email.

Please note, we do not accept payment of this amount by cheques or credit card. Because there is no refund in the case of cancellation or early departure, we recommend you take out a cancellation insurance policy/holiday insurance prior to booking your accommodation.
